Over time, this passion has evolved into my life’s work—helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life’s most challenging transitions. Whether it's the turbulence of childhood, the growing pains of adolescence, or the uncertainties of college life, I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they find their way.
As a therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower my clients to take control of their mental health. My approach is rooted in compassion, and I believe in the strength and resilience that each individual carries within. Through our work together, I aim to help my clients develop practical coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, and the overwhelming pressures that come with life transitions.
